Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of arizonagymkids.com and the programs and services offered by Arizona Gymkids ("Arizona Gymkids," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling, making a payment, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Our programs
Arizona Gymkids offers recreational gymnastics, cheer, and dance classes, homeschool classes, camps, clinics, birthday parties, and related activities for children in Mesa, Arizona.
Enrollment and accounts
When you create an account or enroll a child, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for activity on your account. Enrollment is ongoing month to month until you withdraw as described below.
Tuition and billing
Tuition is billed monthly in advance. Enrolled families keep a payment method on file, and tuition is automatically charged on the 1st of each month to that method. If you pay by credit card, a card processing surcharge may apply; paying by bank (ACH) avoids that surcharge. Certain approved payment arrangements, such as Arizona ESA or in-person payment, may be available and are billed by invoice instead of automatic card charges. Prices, fees, discounts, and the annual registration fee are set by Arizona Gymkids and may change with reasonable notice.
Failed and late payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect it again and will notify you so you can update your payment method or pay the balance. Unpaid balances remain due. We may pause participation for accounts that remain unpaid.
Withdrawal policy
To withdraw from a class, you must give written notice to frontdesk@arizonagymkids.com. A 30-day written notice is required, and you remain responsible for tuition through the next billing cycle. This lets us plan classes and offer spots to waitlisted families.
Participation, safety, and waiver
Gymnastics, cheer, and dance involve physical activity with inherent risks. Participation is subject to our separate liability waiver and gym policies, which you agree to as a condition of enrollment. Please follow all safety rules and staff instructions while at our facility.
Communications consent
By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your account and our services by email, phone, and, if you opt in, text message. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle text messaging, including how to opt out.
Intellectual property
The content on our website, including our name, logo, text, and images, belongs to Arizona Gymkids and may not be used without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Arizona Gymkids is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and your continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
