We collect information you give us directly, including parent and guardian names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing address, your child's name and date of birth, emergency contacts, and enrollment and attendance details. When you pay, our payment processor collects your card or bank information directly; we do not see or store full card or bank numbers. We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as device and browser type and general usage of our website, to keep the site working and secure.

How we use information

We use your information to enroll and manage your child's classes, communicate with you about your account and our programs, process tuition and payments, respond to your questions, keep our facility and members safe, and meet legal and record-keeping obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our payment processor (Stripe) and our communications and scheduling platform, and only so they can perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of our members and staff.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages from Arizona Gymkids, we send account and service messages such as tuition and billing reminders, payment notices, and class or schedule updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of enrolling or purchasing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.** Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Children's privacy

Arizona Gymkids serves children, and the information we hold about a child is provided by that child's parent or guardian during enrollment. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children online. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, please contact us and we will remove it.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may review or update your account information, or ask us to correct or delete information, by contacting us using the details below. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails, and from texts by replying STOP.
